She is the youngest member of the First Tee Dallas team as the First Tour Director and a Program manager. Though she started full time with us this January, she started working part time last spring and has stayed ever since.

Coach Taylor started with First Tee as a participant when she was 8 years old and was among the first to participate in the First Tour program here in Dallas. She was the first participant to get ACE certified in the Dallas chapter and interned at the chapter throughout high school and college while receiving scholarship from the FTGD Scholarship Program. She credits First Tee for being the reason she played college golf and developed such a passion for the sport.

When she’s not at work Taylor enjoys spending time with her pets, watching shows, playing games with her friends, and traveling with her husband.

Her favorite part of the job is impacting the community and making a difference in people’s lives the way others did for her. She loves creating a fun learning environment for the kids and see them turn into great people.

Regional Outreach Manager & Girls Golf Coordinator

Tiffany began her golf journey at a young age with very little interest at first. It wasn’t until her father brought her to a First Tee class at the age of 13 that she truly developed a passion for the sport. She connected with other young golfers her age and noticed she had a natural talent for golf.

After participating in the First Tee program for a few years she became an intern, helping younger golfers discover their own path in the sport. After high school graduation she attended SUNY Cortland and played for their women’s golf team. Upon graduating from college, she returned to the First Tee in New York and became a full-time coach and Girls Golf Coordinator. A few years later she packed her bags and moved to Dallas where she is now a Program manager and Girls Golf Coordinator here at First Tee of Greater Dallas!

Outside of golf she loves to play with her two dogs, Fallon and Bleu, and work on designing women’s golf apparel.
